Registration still open!
Tuition is based on a 34-week progressive program, however there is no obligation to commit to the full 34 weeks.
There is a $25 registration fee per family paid at the time of registration.
Tuition payments can be arranged in two ways:
Option 1: Monthly payments
Option 2: Two payments (1 per 17-week semester).
Other payment arrangements are available on a case-by-case basis. Please don't hesitate to inquire.

Tuition for Preschoolers & Kindergartener Classes, ages 2 - 5
Monthly payment = $45.00 per person, for 1 class per week* OR
1 Semester payment = $195.50 per person ($11.50/week) for 1 class per week*
Tuition for other classes for ages 6 thru adult, up to 1 hour in length (Excluding Adult Fitness)
Monthly payment = $52.00 per person, for 1 class per week* OR
1 Semester payment = $229.50 per person ($13.50/week) for 1 class per week*

“Carte Blanche” UNLIMITED classes, minimum of 6, any length = $215.00/month

Costume Fees for classes ages 6 and up: $75 per costume, due by November 1, 2010.

Fees for Adult Fitness - $40/month for the first class*
Drop-in rate $12 per class.
There is no costume fee for Tumbling classes as they do not perform in the Spring Dance Concert.
WD Showstoppers will perform in the Spring Dance Concert, but there is no costume fee.

Policies
Refund Policy: The $25 Registration Fee is NON-refundable. If a class is dropped on or before September 12th, 2010 there will be a $25 service charge for EACH class refunded. We do not give credits or refunds of any absences. You are not charged for weeks when classes do not meet. (See calendar)
There are NO REFUNDS after Sept. 12th, 2010, unless your class is cancelled.
Check Policy: If your check is dishonored, a $30 return fee in addition to the original check amount will be
electronically re-presented to your account and by signing your registration form you acknowledge and authorize this.
Snow Days: In the event of cancellation due to heavy snow, please call the studio and listen to the outgoing message. We will schedule a make up class ONLY if 2 or more cancellations take place for the same day of the week in a season. We do not give credits or refunds for snow days. You are permitted to attend another class during the week to make up a class.
Age Requirements: All participants should be the minimum age as indicated for each class by November 1, 2010.
Registration Deadline: Students age 2-5 may enroll any time during the season. Students of any age may enroll in Tumbling classes and any WD Showstoppers class any time during the season. Tuition will be prorated. Registration cut off is November 1st for all "Intro", "Basics" and any classes offered to beginner dancers age 6 and up. All other interested dancers must be evaluated in order to enroll after November 1st.
Attendance Policy: Students are encouraged to make up any missed classes by attending another class of the same type in their level or one level below. There is no need to call ahead for permission. Family vacations and illnesses are considered to be excused. Dance Concert level students will be allowed 3 UNexcused absences per semester. Any Dance Concert level student with more absences than this will be considered for removal from the program and/or the Spring Dance Concert.
Tardiness: Due to the risk of injury, any student who is more than 10 minutes late for class will not be permitted to participate, but will be directed to sit and observe their class.
