**We are sorry, but if you do not have a student currently enrolled at Waterford Dance Academy, we will not accept your birthday party rental request.**

Step 1:
Reserve your date...
Saturdays & Sundays are available after 1:00 pm, 2-hour party time slot
To hold your date you must sign and return the Rental Agreement (available in the dance office) and pay the $50 Reservation Fee

Step 2:
Choose your theme...
• Creative Dance (recommended for 3-4 year olds)
• Ballet (recommended for age 4 & up)
• Jazz (recommended for age 6 & up)
• Hip Hop (recommended for age 6 & up)

Party Includes:
• 40 minutes of dance instruction in Studio A, according to your selected theme
•Tables & chairs, pre-set for you in Studio B; up to 20 children at the tables
•Use of Studio B for remainder of rental time (for eating, gift opening, your games, etc.)
• Map with directions to the studio, which you may copy and include with your invitations

~ What you must provide for your party:
• Any and all decorations
• Table cloths, plates, napkins, plastic-ware, etc.
• Food and drinks (use of small fridge in office is permitted). Juice boxes or drink pouches are preferred for easier clean-up. You may pre-arrange to drop off non-perishable items up to 1 week in advance of your date.

Cost: $12 per child (Birthday child is FREE)
Note: Children NOT participating in dance class are FREE.
