Step 1: Reserve your date/time

• Download and fill out Rental Agreement and pay the $50 Reservation Fee (non-refundable)
• Saturdays available after 2:00pm, Sundays available after 12:00pm, Weekday-daytime hours are also available
• All dates/times are subject to instructor/studio availability
• The Reservation Fee is a fee paid over and above the $12/guest fee

 

Step 2:  Choose your theme

• Creative Dance (recommended for age 3-4)
• Ballet (recommended for ages 4 & up) Ballet themes include but are NOT limited to: Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty
• Musical Theater (recommended for ages 4 & up)
• Hip Hop Dance Party (recommended for ages 6 & up)

 

 

Your Party Includes...

• 40 minutes of dance instruction according to your theme
• Tables and chairs pre-set for you in the designated room (parties of 12 or less will use the Warm-Up Room, parties of 13 + will use Main Floor Waiting Room)
• Use of the party room through the end of your rental time for games, food, gifts, etc.
• PDF of Event Waiver- to be included in your invitations, signed by the parent of each party guest and returned on the day of your party. No child will be permitted to participate in the dance class portion of the party without a form on file. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Use of fridge/freezer for your drinks, ice cream, etc.

 

 

What You Must Provide...

• Any decorations, balloons etc. You are not permitted to apply decorations                      with tape on any walls.
• Disposable tablecloths, utensils, plates, napkins, etc.
• Food and drinks: juice boxes or bottled water preferred. NO Alcohol at any time!

 

 

Cost for Party...

$12.00 per child participating in the dance class. Birthday child/siblings are FREE!

WDA requires a minimum of 6 participants in the dance class, NOT including the birthday child/siblings.

Child guests who do NOT participate in the dance class are half-price ($6.00/each)

 

Balance due upon conclusion of your rental time: Cash, Check or Visa, MC, Discover
